Welcome to the FSD3 2023-2024 Magnet School Lottery Application!

Application Period:

Monday, January 9th, 2023, through Sunday, January 22nd, 2023

Applications are being accepted for the following schools & grades:

Olanta Creative Arts & Science Magnet School (5K - 6^th grade)

J. Paul Truluck Creative Arts & Science Magnet School (7^th- 12^th grade)

When submitting an application, please note the following:

In order to apply for 5K students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2023,
Student is eligible for a seat only in the grade for which they apply,
Parents are encouraged to fill out applications on behalf of their students,
Complete and submit one application for each child,
Please fill out as much of the application as possible,
Lottery applications are not being accepted for Olanta’s 4K Child Development Program; 4K is held separately at a different date/time. Please contact Tina Duarte (tduarte@fsd3.org) for more information about 4K registration.

**If you successfully complete the lottery application process, you will be emailed a lottery application number as well as have a lottery application number/ID show up at the end of the application process. If you do not have this occur, your child’s application is NOT complete.**
